Shelly's Story...I am Psychic & Clairvoyant and have been doing Psychic Consultations, using Tarot and Palmistry for over 30 years. I have also assisted various Police Agencies in Missing Persons Cases and have an extremely High Accuracy Rate. I do not charge a Fee for this Service, it is what I consider to be one of my " Good Deeds ".
I have been Clairvoyant since I was a small child and use my Clairvoyance together with Tarot Cards when doing readings. I've been reading most all of my adult life and have many regular clients world wide and I am highly recommended. I have not been known to be wrong about anything in the past with my predictions.
Psychic abilities have been in my mother's family for generations with one female in each generation inheriting the traits, and It also runs in my father's family as well - through the Shawnee and Cherokee Indian Bloodlines. For over thirty years I have used my psychic skills to help police forces around the world with unsolved crimes. I have successfully tracked down several wanted killers and located dozens of missing people.
Every week I can receive requests from all over the world for help with unsolved murder and missing persons cases. While I do my best to reply to as many of these as possible, I regret that I may not be able reply to all of them. If you are planning to contact me in connection with a case of this kind, the following will give you some idea of my working methods.Remote Detection
First of all, it is important to make a distinction between on-the-scene and remote psychic detection - that is, cases in which I am able to visit the location of the murder or disappearance, handle items of evidence, etc. - and cases which I attempt to solve at a distance, working with maps, photographs, personal items and so on. While I have, been able to provide vital information working remotely, in general this is a far more difficult approach. I also prefer it, if the request for assistance comes from the police rather than the relatives of the missing or murdered person, or at least that the police have been informed of my involvement and have indicated that they would be prepared to co-operate or liaise with me.
Working with the Police
The co-operation of the police is important because, while I may be able to suggest a specific line of enquiry, or recognise the significance of information that the police have missed, I cannot of course carry out house searches or interrogate witnesses on my own authority. A psychic may be able to describe the person who has carried out a crime, and the police may be able to recognize in that description a person who is known to them - this might even be a suspect in the case - but descriptions of this kind, even if there is a high degree of confidence in them, are of limited value unless corroborative evidence can also be produced. In fact it is often the case that the police are aware of the identity of murderers, rapists and so on, but are unable to take any action for lack of hard evidence. It may, of course, be very helpful to the police to be pointed in a particular direction, or to have their suspicions about a person confirmed; however, evidence still has to be found; and, in the final analysis, the impressions of a psychic cannot be presented as evidence in a Court of Law. It is not enough merely to know, or strongly suspect, a thing; one also has to be able to find solid, admissable evidence to support or confirm that knowledge. And, unlike in fictional depictions of psychic detection, where there is usually a single, vital piece of evidence whose discovery leads to the resolution of the case, in real life things are usually far more complex and less clear-cut than this. Successful outcomes are, in most cases, the result of an accumulation of facts which individually don't amount to much but which collectively add up to compelling evidence, or which lead to the discovery of physical evidence .

I DO NOT charge a FEE for my services in this type work.
I will need the full name and date of birth of the missing/murdered person, together with a recent photograph and/or a personal item belonging to the person. I use a combination of psychic and psychological techniques, and I achieve the best results working in close co-operation with investigating police teams.
I will only consider responding to requests for help which come from either the detective in charge of the case or from a person directly involved - normally this will be the next-of-kin of the missing or murdered person, or requests that come from a Missing Child/Person Agency.
I have a " no publicity " policy with regard to murder cases on which I am consulted. I will not, under any circumstances, reveal or discuss details of a case, either while it is in progress or at a later date, to representatives of the media. Any requests for information must be made directly to the Police Agency or Department involved with the particular case.
In missing persons cases, publicity is often advantageous in that it provides an opportunity to re-issue a photograph or description of the missing person and revive public interest in the case. It may also spur the police into redoubling their efforts to solve the case. Again, any publicity is at the discretion of the Police involved with the case.
I will not respond to requests for help in locating persons who have not actually been reported to the police as missing - for example, individuals who have merely lost contact with their family or friends.
Thousands of people go missing every year. Most do so deliberately, because they are dissatisfied with their lives for one reason or another. In the event that I locate a "missing" person who turns out to have vanished deliberately and who does not wish to be found, I will not reveal that person's whereabouts, unless there are compelling reasons for doing so.About Shelly's Spirit Drawings
